The complete liquidation of The Silver Fox tavern just off W. Main St. in Bushnell, IL & across the road from Vaughn & Bushnell Hammer Factory.

This historic building features a main floor bar/tavern with attached garage and sells with all furnishings & equipment. The bar was completely renovated in 2017 and consisted of new flooring, new coolers, new bar tops, new stools, new drop cooler, new doors (out swinging, according to code), and wainscoting on walls. The roof was coated and sealed in 2016. The bar area has is 200 amp and there is dedicated electric plug-ins for the gaming machines. The building is free standing with (3) gas forced furnaces less than 5 years old (2 for bar area, 1 for apartments upstairs) and 3 outside condensers (1 hooked up for the bar area, 2 not hooked up).
